What’s the minimum order quantity?

We appreciate that for many businesses, high minimum orders can make branded merchandise unrealistic, that’s why we work with a wide variety of suppliers enabling us to offer many products with no minimum order quantity and a huge range available from just 25 units.

Can I get samples before ordering? 

Absolutely!  You want to know that what you are ordering is what you think it is and this can sometimes be hard to tell from a photo so we actively encourage you to order samples.  Where possible we send these unbranded samples free of charge, but sometimes there are charges which we have to pass on. 

it is also usually possible to get “pre production” branded samples – ie sample branded with your logo, but this does incur a charge and will impact the lead time.

How quickly will I get my order?

This depends on a number of factors but a fairly standard lead time would be 2-3 weeks, although there are a number of products that can be turned round in just a few days.  The more time you allow, the more choice you will have and also ordering with more time will avoid any express order charges.

How do I supply my logo? 

Ideally we’d like your logo in Vector format as this will give the very best results on your end product.  If your logo was designed by a professional graphic designer they will almost certainly have created it in this format and will have provided you with the logo as a .AI or .EPS file (which you may not be able to open). if you’ve created it in Canva for example you can export it as a .SVG file which is also suitable. However, if you don’t have it in any of these formats, don’t panic, we can always get it converted for you. 

How do I know what my product will look like? 

Before you order we can produce product visuals for you – showing your logo on various products / colours etc.  Once you have made your decision and placed your order, you will get a final PDF proof for approval before production commences. 

I need my merchandise for a critical date – can you guarantee delivery? 

If you need your merchandise for a specific date, please inform us from the start that you have a no fail delivery date.  We will then liaise with the factories that will be making your order to ensure they can dispatch in time.  We will only accept a “No fail” order if we are 100% confident the goods will be dispatched on time. We even offer a “100% dispatch on time guarantee” so if we fail to dispatch on the agreed date / service and your order isn’t there in time, you wont pay for it.  Please note this applies to us dispatching as sadly we can’t guarantee the courier element. 

I can see an “Origination” charge on my quote – what is this for? 

The origination charge covers creating printing screens / pads / plates, embossing blocks, digitising logos for embroidery, and setting up machines for engraving / digital printing. 

Where does your merchandise come from? 

We work with a number of different suppliers so are able to offer merchandise sourced globally however we favour and prioritise working with UK suppliers and manufacturers so will offer UK made, or UK decorated products wherever possible. 

Can you deliver outside the UK?

We are able to arrange delivery of most products outside the UK but please be aware that you will be liable for any charges incurred including  but not limited to any export taxes, duties etc.

What is the best branded merchandise?
