How It Started

Jody founded Chilli Promotions in 2008 after recognising the need for a more personal, tailored approach to purchasing promotional merchandise. Driven by a passion for merch and a wealth of industry knowledge, her focus has always been sourcing the right branded merchandise, on budget, delivered on time – It’s not just about handing out any old merch for Jody,  It’s about helping you create lasting brand experiences that elevate your brand perception, drive engagement, and deepen loyalty. 

Where We Are Now

In 2025 we are now a dynamic trio with Lisa and Laura having joined the Chilli team in recent years. Lisa is your account manager and merch mastermind - she will provide a tailored quote and manage your project with us, while Laura is the creative force behind our digital content, communications, and social media!

Nestled in the heart of Warwickshire, we love our peaceful rural office location, it's the perfect setting to inspire fresh and creative branded merch ideas! Yes, we may get a little distracted by the odd pheasant or two dropping by to say hello, but who wouldn’t?

Our small team means we all get to know you very well - we are your branded merchandise specialists, and we see ourselves as an extension of your marketing team.
